Services
I provide web design and development services tailored to professionals, consultants, and small businesses.
Service details, pricing, and availability may change without notice.
Timelines depend on project complexity and your cooperation.
Client Responsibilities
Information: You must provide accurate project details, content, and assets (logos, images, copy, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may extend deadlines.
Feedback: Timely feedback and approvals are required to keep projects on schedule.
Payments
A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required before work begins.
The balance is due upon completion, before site launch or file handover.
Late payments may pause progress or delay delivery.
Extra work beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Once the project is fully paid, you receive full ownership of the live website and its content.
I retain rights to design drafts, unused concepts, and custom code.
I may showcase your project in my portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
Cancellations & Refunds
If you cancel after work has started, you will be billed for work completed up to that point.
No refunds are provided for completed work or deposits.
Liability
I am not responsible for downtime, loss, or damages caused by hosting providers, third-party tools, or improper use after handoff.
All services are provided “as is,” without guarantees beyond what is stated in writing.
Third-Party Services
Your website may rely on third-party services (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.). I cannot control their availability or performance.
By using them, you also agree to their respective terms.
Maintenance & Support
Ongoing maintenance is optional and available as a separate service.
Maintenance may include updates, backups, monitoring, and support.
If you choose a maintenance plan, fees are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.
